Wellness is number one at EVEN Hotel Seattle on beautiful Lake Union. Imagine getting out of bed, making a cup of coffee and then jumping on your own personal stationary bike while watching the sunrise on the lake, all from the comfort of your hotel room!
Recently we stayed in the Wellness Suite, which was set up like a one-bedroom apartment. Upon entering, you’re greeted with views of Lake Union out of the floor to ceiling windows, and a living area featuring a large 43” flat screen TV, sleeper couch, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, fitness kit with yoga mat, weights, and your own stationary bike.
The bedroom included the basics with a second TV, dresser, and king size bed fitted with all natural eucalyptus linens and mood lighting. The bathroom is kitty-corner from the living area and includes a beautiful spa-inspired glass shower and eco-friendly bath products.
Nestled in a bustling lakefront neighborhood with many top Seattle highlights nearby, including the Space Needle, MOPOP, Pike Place Market, cruise terminals, MOHAI, and of course beautiful Lake Union. We also noticed it’s only about a 3 minute walk to the Lake Union Streetcar stop, and makes for easy traveling into Downtown Seattle.
A member of the InterContinental Hotels Group, this is the first EVEN Hotel in Seattle and definitely a first of its kind for the area. It’s a very unique atmosphere, and the whole wellness theme makes a stay in the hotel both a grand experience and one of a kind.
Healthy food and beverage options await in the lobby from Cork Kale, and include made to order smoothies and Grab n Go meals. Attached next door is the large fitness club, so you don’t need to go far from your workout to get fed. Ice and filtered water stations are situated around the hotel, and motivational quotes on the walls follow you from lobby to room.
The lobby has a huge communal eatery with a full bar, TVs and tables to enjoy meals, hang with friends, grab a drink or catch a game.
The EVEN Hotel Seattle is a great spot for those looking for a Lake Union getaway. Even though I am not a huge fitness enthusiast, I think it’s an ideal spot for both fitness fans and those just looking for a relaxful stay in the heart of it all.
Due to the location of the property being right off a main stretch, there isn’t valet parking. Instead, guests can enjoy a gated underground lot that offers safe and secure parking. The size of the lot is small and if busy they may not be able to accommodate parking for all guests, so Uber in from the airport if you can. After all, Seattle is a very walkable city, and you’re only steps away from the Streetcar and many worthwhile attractions.
